Today's the day I've been dreading for nearly a month now because the fact that Melissa is actually leaving will become a reality today. While this is extremely sad and hard for me it's shown me how thankful I am for her and people like her in my life. I'm thankful for true, compassionate people who are always willing to listen and try to understand anyone. Through watching and trying to follow her example I've been able to grow and become a little bit stronger. She really exemplifies charity and I'm thankful to have someone like that in my life.
